This system utilizes a 90 Gallon insulated Transfer vessel into which the Jet Cook head can be lowered.

Products to be cooked are filled into the Transfer Vessel by hand on the Test Rig, the Jet Cook is lowered into the Transfer Vessel now filled with Product, and steam is applied to the Jet Cook.

Ideal for the production of soups, sauces, pie fillings and any other convenience foods.
