A Test Kitchen Testimonial

Another testimonial from the test kitchen and new client welcomed:

A Canadian specialist food processor needed to purchase 2 x 1000 liter cooking kettles and control systems. Before committing to purchase they decided to put our word to the test, and visited the UK in February to carry out trials on the equipment at the DC Norris test kitchen. The trials covered a varied range of products from savory minced beef, vegetable puree to soft scrambled egg.

The trials confirmed their correct choice of equipment selection and we are delighted to announce, that they have since placed a large purchase order with DC Norris North America to supply them with their next phase of cooking equipment.

In fact, the team is at their location this week walking through the first stages of implementation (detailed site surveys, equipment specification and confirming required utilities).

A great team effort!

What recipes are you ready to trial in the test kitchen with us? Contact us to get scheduled.
