COVID-19: We’re Supporting You Remotely

COVID-19 Update:

Today, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has ordered a mandatory shutdown of ‘workplaces that are non-vital to sustainability of life’ from tomorrow (03/24/2020) through April 13, 2020.

At DC Norris North America, our priority is first and foremost to protect the health and safety of our employees & their families as well as those of our customers and supply partners.

WE WILL CONTINUE TO SERVE YOU AS WE WORK REMOTE

All DC Norris North America employees have the ability to work remotely from our homes, and we will be doing so for the next three weeks, per the Governor’s instructions.

We do have the ability to ship any spares from our inventory in case of any emergencies.

OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN THE UK IS OPEN

Until further notice, we can ship non-inventory parts from the UK as well.
