We are delighted to receive this week an order for a second of our world leading Jet Cook Unit for the Bells Food Group.
Bells Food Group Ltd is a third generation 86 year old family wholesale bakers and the brand leader in Scotland for pies. The order come following the success of the first Jet Cook system installed late last year for the production of steak pie filling, and is part of Bells ongoing continuous improvement & innovation program.
The 400 gallon system will include our patented Twin In-Tank Steam Infusion Units, Braising Bar and both systems will be controlled by our recipe manager system and supported by our Jet Cook product and process development team.
