We Won – Processing Manufacturer of the Year!

DCN are delighted to announce that we have won the Processing & Packaging Manufacturer of the Year category at the PPMA Group Industry Awards on Tuesday night (27^th September 2016).  We were recognised for our outstanding efforts both in the UK and overseas markets in what has been a record breaking year for sales of DCN food processing systems!

We saw off stiff competition from a variety of processing and packaging companies at the ceremony which was held at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham.   The panel of judges remarked that DCN were chosen because of their remarkable Sales Growth, New Innovations/Product Development, Customer Service as well as Staff Development.

During 2016, we have experienced one of the busiest periods ever in our 45 year history, securing major contracts for some of largest food producers globally.  These include an Ethnic Convenience Food Manufacturing Facility, with Rice and Sauce equipment, and expanding the cooking capabilities of a leading UK high-quality ready meals business which is privately owned.

Overseas, we have also received large orders from Australia, USA, UAE, South Africa, Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia.   Many of these projects have the ground-breaking Jet Cook Steam Infusion System included as companies recognise the increase in production capacity and product quality this can offer.  We continue to develop the Steam Infusion process with improved particulate integrity, a decrease in cooking times, and lower noise level being the latest advances.
