With roots in artisan-crafted meals, the client has scaled their high-quality products to sell wholesale with the help of DC Norris equipment designed to maintain their recipe quality and finished product safety at a scale. DC Norris worked with them to install two, 650-gallon fixed bowl kettle systems with single inclined agitators. The new kettles were installed on a standard kettle platform.
