A Look At Our Latest Projects

The calendar may show a year near its end but as we all know, feeding the globe is a job that never ends. We’ve been busy helping clients that we’re so proud to serve, to get new systems designed, manufactured, installed, and producing! Here’s a look at some of our recent projects.

(2) 650-Gallon Kettle System for Wholesale Producer of Artisan Refrigerated & Frozen Foods

With roots in artisan-crafted meals, the client has scaled their high-quality products to sell wholesale with the help of DC Norris equipment designed to maintain their recipe quality and finished product safety at a scale. DC Norris worked with them to install two, 650-gallon fixed bowl kettle systems with single inclined agitators. The new kettles were installed on a standard kettle platform.

It was a pleasure to help this client expand its manufacturing capacity.

Cook Quench Chill Adapt System, Steam Jacketed-Brat Pans & Sous Vide Cook Tanks Headed to a Major Supermarket Chain

Following successful product trials, we’re pleased to announce that the Cook Quench Chill Adapt System along with Steam Jacketed Bratt Pans and CT-5 Sous Vide Cook Tanks are now shipping to a major supermarket chain here in North America for installation very soon.
