The DC Norris sous vide cook tank portfolio includes a commercial-scale automated cook tank (the CT-1) and three industrial-scale sous vide cook tanks; the CT-5, CT-10, and CT-20.

The CT-5 sous vide cook tank has a capacity of 551 lbs and is fully automated, allowing time and temperatures to be rigidly controlled. This control by way of automation ensures that the cooking results will be the same every time and easily replicable. Products can even be left to cook unattended, overnight with guaranteed results with the CT-5.
