DC Norris North America’s beverage production systems can produce dairy and non-dairy beverages using our patented Jet CookTM steam infusion technology. Fruit-based, maize, energy and nutrition drinks are made in a fraction of the time, using significantly less equipment/vessels.
We have provided systems around the globe to produce grain-based drinks such as maheu, mi desayuno and chibuku (beer) at scales between 130 gallons per hour to 63,000 gallons per hour.
