The originator of the Group, DC Norris, designs and builds cooking, cooling, and automation systems for prepared food manufacturers, including the Jet Cook™ system, cook chill systems, belt and tumble chillers, and more. DC Norris is based in Bedfordshire, UK, with more than 50 years of global experience in industrial food processing.
Established in 1835, BCH is one of the world’s longest-standing manufacturers of food processing equipment, specializing in confectionery equipment and cooking and cooling technologies. BCH brings deep expertise in sugar and confectionery processing, complementing DC Norris’s prepared food capabilities across the Group.
Established in 1964, Gilwood specializes in custom stainless steel platforms, lifting equipment, and hygienic fabrication for food production environments. Their work supports the infrastructure that food processing systems depend on, built to the exacting hygiene and durability standards the industry requires.
Established in 1968, AE Mixers designs and manufactures industrial mixing systems built for reliability and efficiency across a wide range of food processing applications. Their mixing technology integrates naturally with the cooking and processing systems available through DC Norris North America.
