To achieve timely order processing, all advanced spare parts orders must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Monday, December 11, 2023. Here are some key points to keep in mind:
- All of the spare parts we provide are original parts from original drawings matching the original specifications
- We offer next-day delivery upon ordering for the items stocked in our onsite warehouse in Michigan (inquire for list and pricing)
- We have original operations and machine manuals, you provide the serial number and we’ll source the correct part
- We hold thousands of spare parts in inventory in our US and UK warehouses
The pre-holiday order submission deadline is 5:00 PM EST on 12/11/2023. Any orders received after this time may be delayed due to holiday office closures here and at our global headquarters in the UK.
We encourage you to review your spare parts inventory and forecast your needs in advance. By placing your orders promptly, you can ensure the availability of essential parts if needed.
Please be aware that our offices will be closed on 12/25/2023 and 01/01/2024. During this time, we will not be processing orders.
