DC Norris North America is pleased to welcome Kaitlyn McWilliams to the team as Business Development Manager. Kaitlyn brings more than five years of experience in technical sales and food processing.
Prior to joining DC Norris North America, Kaitlyn worked in the industrial gas industry as an Application Sales Engineer for Messer, where she partnered with food manufacturers to develop cryogenic freezing and chilling solutions, conduct process trials, and support complex capital projects. That experience gave her a close, working view of what it takes to move a manufacturer from an identified process challenge through trial and into a fully installed capital solution.
Kaitlyn holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with a focus in Food Sciences from Michigan State University and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Kaitlyn has a passion for the food industry and enjoys combining her technical and commercial experience to help manufacturers solve large-scale industrial challenges, improve their processes, and bring practical solutions to the production floor. That combination of engineering fundamentals and hands-on commercial experience is a strong fit for the kind of solution-oriented sales work DC Norris North America does every day.
